Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service at one of our Coco-Riki retail branches. The ideal candidate is a team leader with experience in retail, inventory, p&l and staff management.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and staff


Supervise and support indoor sales and cashier staff


Monitor branch performance and ensure sales targets are met


Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service


Manage stock levels, place supply orders, and prevent shortages


Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly


Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards


Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management


Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sustainability standards


Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field


5+ years of experience in retail or branch management


Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic retail systems


Fluent in Arabic; English or French is a plus


Knowledge of charcoal products or the retail FMCG industry is an advantage
