Roles & Responsibilities


Requirement:
Back end support for BPO
Documentation and filing experience is a must
Prior experience with tenders would be an added advantage
Supplier registration and update for existing
Recruitment (If needed as there are times that there's so much requirements from different partners and tenders)
Preparation of proposal (MSA, commercials, etc)
Preparation of Tender documents
Updating of BPO reports and ppt
Must have advance skills in MS Office
Experience and Education:
Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelors in Business Administration preferred
Receptionist experience is preferred
