The Boutique Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the boutique. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized boutique environment, and ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience, reflective of Cova’s prestigious brand.

Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customer s with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing personalized service.



Qualifications
* Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or food-related environment.

* Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

* Familiarity with food handling and hygiene standards is a plus.

* Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
