Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Bookkeeping Analyst for United States Businesses
Entry-level roles focused on data entry, transaction posting, and simple bank reconciliations. Works under supervision of higher-level analysts.
The office working hours will be between 3:00 pm to 12:00 am and during the time saving 4:00pm to 1:00 am.
Acquire all bank statements form clients in a monthly basis.
Take care of all monthly write-ups, maintain the bank feed and client bank access.
Make necessary journal entries for assets, liabilities and depreciations.
Generate the simple financial statements (profit & loss and balance sheet).
Desired Candidate Profile
- MUST READ, WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY (5/5), natively is preferable.
- Maintain and update general ledger and sub-ledgers.
- Handle monthly write-ups manually or by using bank feeds.
- Perform bank, credit card, loan accounts and account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze bookkeeping data for discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (G-suite) and general office software.
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
