Job Description
Improve BP business (repair quality, on time delivery & reduce repair cost) by standardizing repair process with TMC instructions, through our visits, conducting OJT & Tech Support for all branches.
1_ Collecting, coordinate and Monitor for BP KPIs on a monthly basis.
2_ Conducting a monthly and quarterly TSM BP evaluations, based on TMC Criteria, as sustainment activities for certified workshops.
3_ Identify Gaps between current operations & TMC Standard & set the needed actions plan to be enhancing the situation.
4_ Conduct regular field visit to the branches to support repair process and quality.
5_ BP training support:
Conduct specific training to kaizen the process and improve repair quality due to quality inspection.
6_BP Technical Support issue:
Conduct technical support to all BP customer complaint and technical issue.
7_ Quality Material:
Ensure paint materials quality to use in TE.
8_ maintain deployment plan to certify our BP workshops.
Job Requirements
Education: BSC of Mechanical Engineer preferably in Automotive
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5-7 Years with enough experience in leading BP.
Job-requirement/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
* Experience in BP workshop Quality control.
* Experience in BP workshop Operation
* BP Problem solving _ High Diagnose scales for all symptom that related to B&P issues.
* Fluent English/Arabic speaking.
* Excellent report writing skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent communication Skills.
