Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on BMS equipment to identify and rectify issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to execute system upgrades and retrofits, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance the longevity of BMS components.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Building Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification in Building Automation Systems (e.g., BACnet, LonWorks) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BMS installation and maintenance within commercial buildings.
  • Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices is an asset.
