Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze project tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to determine BMS scope.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS systems including materials, labor, software, control panels, and installation.
  • Design preliminary BMS architecture (schematics, I/O summary, etc.) to support accurate estimation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive quotations for equipment and services.
  • Evaluate technical and commercial requirements of RFQs/RFPs and prepare bid documents.
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to develop cost-effective solutions and proposals.
  • Assist in value engineering and alternate proposal submissions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases, historical cost records, and estimation tools.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations in all estimates.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and clarifications during the bid stage.
