Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide technical solutions.
  • Monitor and improve plant performance, energy usage, and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality policies.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
  • Lead projects related to plant upgrades and process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Plant Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setup (MAZA experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of production equipment, utilities, and process systems.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and safety regulations.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills
