Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

Ensures the receipt and commissioning of laboratory materials and equipment

Organize the receipt of materials and equipment directly from suppliers

Checks packaging conformity and the presence of documentation and the supplier's operating instructions

Ensures the installation of accessories, if necessary, and starts up the equipment in accordance with the recommendations in the user manuals.

Receiving and managing complaints

Ensure the repair of the devices

Troubleshooting installation problems

Provides technical support in case of installation problems or breakdowns

Ensures that commitments made to clients are respected and that they are satisfied.

Defines the schedule of interventions in the workshops and in the field

Ensures warranty follow-up

To offer a satisfactory solution to customers in case of disputes

Inform the manufacturer about user complaints

Track and record the number of items or equipment submitted for after-sales service, the nature of the faults detected, and the average repair times.

Manages spare parts inventory

Propose for refurbishment the equipment and materials declared unusable

Profile

Having completed 8 semesters in a university institute or a higher polytechnic school

Hold the required diploma for the position of Senior Biomedical Technician

Have at least two years of professional experience in the field of equipment and machinery maintenance.

Suitable for travel

Good knowledge of computer science, electronics, and electricity

Good knowledge of technical English

Excellent organization, responsiveness to complaints, respect and fulfillment of commitments
