MEP BIM MODELER DUNCAN AND ROSS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES

Develop, update, and manage detailed 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Revit and other BIM tools. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other trade models to identify and resolve design clashes. Interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and design documents to accurately model systems. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement required updates and revisions. Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models as per project requirements. Maintain model accuracy, quality, and data integrity throughout all project stages. Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers to ensure design intent and project standards are met. Manage and organize project documentation following company BIM standards. Support the creation and maintenance of BIM families and content libraries as needed.
