Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design changes and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution within models to identify and mitigate potential issues before construction begins.
- Generate high-quality visualizations and renderings for presentations, aiding in stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is essential for a strong foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling, preferably in commercial or large-scale projects.
- Proficient in major BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, showcasing a solid technical skill set.
- Relevant certifications in BIM methodologies (e.g., BIM Manager, Revit Certified Professional) are highly advantageous.
