Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • BIM Strategy & Standards: Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with company goals. Establish and enforce standards (ISO 19650), modeling protocols, and documentation workflows.
  • Execution & Coordination: Create and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings, clash detection, and model integration.
  • Modeling & Data Management: Oversee accurate BIM models, ensure compliance, manage CDEs, and enforce data integrity and version control.
  • Integration with Project Management: Support 4D (time) and 5D (cost) simulations. Enhance project planning, risk management, and reporting through BIM.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding. Mentor teams on BIM tools, workflows, and emerging technologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform BIM audits, enforce quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Support: Assist project teams in WBS setup, standards coordination with clients, and issue resolution.
  • Innovation: Explore new BIM technologies, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM role in multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, etc.) and interoperability workflows.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM data management.
  • Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage cross-discipline coordination.
  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
