Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BIM execution plans to ensure project consistency and quality across all phases.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM processes, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Provide training and support to project teams in the effective use of BIM software and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Manage the BIM data environment, including version control and data integrity, to streamline project workflows.
  • Lead the creation of 4D and 5D simulations to enhance project visualization and cost management.
  • Conduct regular BIM reviews and audits to identify and resolve issues early in the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM goals and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve processes.
  • Prepare and present BIM-related reports and metrics to management, showcasing project progress and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or buildingSMART certification are highly preferred.
  • Experience with leading BIM projects from conception through to completion, demonstrating a robust portfolio.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within the construction or architecture industry.
  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and protocols, including ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 requirements.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a significant advantage in multicultural teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and present BIM concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail ensuring model accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement in BIM methodologies.
