Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Job:
- Develop and update detailed 2D/3D BIM models using Revit, Auto CAD, or other BIM software.
- Prepare and modify architectural, structural, and MEP drawings based on design inputs.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Maintain and manage BIM files and ensure proper documentation and version control.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support during all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards.
- Support the project team in extracting information and reports from the BIM model.
The Person:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in develop and update detailed 2D/3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM software.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
