Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, and manage the creation of BIM (Building Information Models) for the project.
- Review the contractor's BIM Execution Plan.
- Ensure that the BIM models align with the Client standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan& Client EIR.
- Manage and lead the BIM coordination meetings
- Review the Projects Federated BIM Models.
- Create a visual design review for visual coordination.
- Review and study all clashes cases at the different submissions.
- Manage the server/cloud BIM project's Common Data Environments.
- Validate the BIM models regarding the level of development as defined for each project phase, BEP & Client EIR.
- Validate that the BIM models for accurate quantity take-off extraction.
- Validate the (4D) & (5D) BIM models as defined in the BIM Execution Plan& Client EIR. .
- Validate Facility Management Information for Entire project Lifecycle.
- Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to clients
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience + 5 Years
- Excellent experience in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows
- Shop drawing experience in commercial projects
