KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Lead BIM coordination efforts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects
Manage and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle
Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and protocols
Facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders
Train and support project teams on BIM processes and software
Generate detailed BIM reports and documentation
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends

5+ years of proven experience in BIM coordination (preferably in large-scale construction projects)
Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of BIM 360, Dynamo, or other BIM automation tools
Experience with 4D/5D BIM implementation
Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
