We are seeking a talented and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordinator to join our team. (BIM-01)

-BIM Coordinator s first priority will be maintaining the project s BIM Execution Plan.
-This document outlines how the team will use BIM on the project, as well as who is responsible for what tasks.
-It is important that this document is kept up to date throughout the course of the project, as changes are bound to happen.
-BIM Coordinator will also be responsible for training team members on how to use BIM software, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
-You will need to monitor adherence to the BIM Execution Plan and make sure that everyone is working efficiently.
-keep an open line of communication with all team members in order to identify any potential issues early on.
-Create template for RVT, Navisworks files and families.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-Proven experience (10 + years) as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the Design and Engineering Consultancy field.
-Proven experience with Kingdon of Saudi Arabia projects, codes and all regulations
-Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and others.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
-Detail-oriented with an ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to troubleshoot complex issues pertaining to BIM implementation and management.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Demonstrated leadership abilities and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
-Arabic and English languages are a must / any other language is preferable.
