Bilingual Executive Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management in daily management: agenda, travel arrangements, meetings.
  • Write, translate and process mail, reports and documents in French and English.
  • Ensure internal and external communication (calls, emails, visitors).
  • Prepare minutes, notes and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with different departments and follow up on the progress of files.
  • Manage the confidentiality of information and administrative organization.
