Bilingual Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the management in daily management: agenda, travel arrangements, meetings.
- Write, translate and process mail, reports and documents in French and English.
- Ensure internal and external communication (calls, emails, visitors).
- Prepare minutes, notes and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with different departments and follow up on the progress of files.
- Manage the confidentiality of information and administrative organization.
