Training & Product Expertise

• Design and Deliver Training: Develop and conduct high-impact, engaging training sessions and in-depth product demonstrations for all retail partners (store staff, sales teams, management) in both English and Arabic.
• Product Mastery: Achieve expert-level knowledge of all distributed brands, including complex technology products (e.g., Nanit) and premium gear (e.g., BabyBjörn), focusing on unique features, benefits, and safety standards.
• Materials Creation: Create and update training materials, presentation decks, and quick reference guides in both languages.

2. Merchandising & Retail Execution

• Visual Standards Training: Train retail staff on the best practices for visual merchandising (VM), ensuring all Trucare brands adhere to international brand guidelines for display, cleanliness, and product placement.
• Store Audits: Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess product displays, provide immediate feedback, and execute minor merchandising adjustments to maximize product visibility and appeal.
• Host Events: Plan, organize, and host promotional events and product launch gatherings, ensuring the event setup reflects a high standard of visual merchandising.

3. Promotional & Influencer Support

• DTC Website Support: Take inbound and make outbound calls related to promotional activities for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website.
• Influencer Liaison: Serve as a strong, reliable point of contact for all influencer activations and collaborations, ensuring accurate product messaging and providing necessary educational support to content creators.
