Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Role:
To attend to and deliver on the required technical requirements and assignments of the workshop pertaining to the maintenance, repair and building of Bikes.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining inventory, placing orders for more equipment, tools and spare parts with efficiency and accuracy.
2. Handling day-to-day services as assigned.
3. Ensuring consistency of management of tasks and fulfilment of daily responsibilities.
4. Maintaining service records using the CRM application.
5. Reporting any and all consumables and upgrades or repairs required in the correct way.
6. Ensuring consistent productivity targets are met.
7. Maintaining excellent records for customer notes.
8. Following all safety and company protocols.
9. Requesting for assistance and final checks as per company protocols.
10. Building bikes as requested for Retail requirements.
11. Experience working with a bike operator is highly advantageous.
12. Well experience bike mechanic knowledge about mention bike model: Hybrid and Road.
13. Prepare bikes on time before delivery
14. Take notes of all the works done on bikes and update the database.
15. Make sure that bike storages and the workshop are clean.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years Bike mechanics experience is required.
2. Working knowledge of Bike Builds.
3. Software utilization.
4. Intermediate written and verbal communication is necessary.
5. Mechanics training courses and experience.
6. Driving license preferred.
7. High school or equivalent.
