Job description
• Study Tender Documents and Prepare Cost Study and Technical proposals.
• Handling of electromechanical & electrical tenders & RFB including but not limited to Solar plant, Data Centers, firefighting, Light current, BMS, HVAC, EDB, UPS, Diesel Generators Power generation.
• Prepare final technical offers according to tender requirements including Administrative, technical parts
• Communicate all tender internal parties (Operation, finance & Sales . etc.) & external parties (Suppliers, vendors, Service providers e.tc.) in order to get the final optimum solution.
• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Obtain Manufacturers, Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors costs concerning tender requirements where necessary.
• Collect queries from all tender stakeholders to get clarification from customers through sales team.
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate of defined technical solution(s) including contingency and risk provisions with Tender/Project Manager.
• Ensure appropriate tax, currency hedging and cashflow requirements are defined and included within the cost estimate and/or qualifications, with necessary finance approvals.
• Executing Service partnership Registration process for the company to the main & essential vendors
• Maintain up to date and comprehensive Clarification Registers for Client and subcontractors.
• Perform appropriate commercial reviews including interface with Legal and Contracts for contractual reviews as required.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and support to less experienced commercial personnel and the wider business in general.
• Manage internal reporting of status on allocated commercial and contractual issues for allocated tenders in accordance with company procedures, processes, and systems such as Tender Status pipeline
Requirements
• B.sc in Communication & Electrical Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of Experience in Pre-sales Field.
• Excellent Communication and English Skills.
• Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
• Highly Experience in Technical Filed.
• High Mathematical Budgeting Skills.
