Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Prepare compelling narrative sections for bids, including Executive Summary, Technical Approach, Risk Mitigation, and Value for Money narratives. * Translate technical, financial, and legal inputs into clear and cohesive proposal content. * Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and integrate inputs. * Maintain bid compliance matrices, content trackers, and document registers. * Ensure all submissions align with RFP guidelines, evaluation criteria, and the branding. * Support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for committees and external authorities

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in bid writing or proposal coordination, ideally within large-scale infrastructure, real estate, or PPP projects. 2.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, English, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred. 3.Strong understanding of PPP frameworks, risk allocation, lifecycle costing, and concession structures. 4.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). 5.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multidisciplinary inputs.
