We're Hiring: Bid Estimator – Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs & technical proposals for FM tenders
• Analyze RFPs, conduct site surveys & develop accurate bids
• Liaise with procurement & suppliers for competitive pricing
• Support commercial & technical bid submissions
• Build cost models aligned with SLAs & scope
• Ensure timely, compliant tender submissions
• Collaborate with ops & finance on manpower/materials
• Conduct post-bid analysis to refine future strategies

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or FM
• 5–8 years of QATAR-based FM or MEP estimation experience
• Strong grasp of MEP, Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, etc.
• Deep knowledge of tendering & contract structures
• Proficiency in MS Excel & estimation tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical & time management skills
• Excellent communication & presentation abilities

• Integrated Facilities Management
