BI Project Manager / DATA Architect

The BI Project Manager / DATA Architect is responsible for steering decision-making projects, designing the data architecture, and ensuring the integration, quality and governance of data within the UIR Information System. He actively participates in the implementation of the university's Data policy and in the work of the Data Office.

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, you will be responsible for:

• Collect business needs in terms of reporting, dashboards and indicators.
• Design and maintain the decision-making architecture: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse.
• Manage BI projects: scoping, planning, coordination, monitoring of deliverables.
• Define and implement data integration and transformation processes (ETL/ELT).
• • Develop dashboards and reports via BI tools (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, etc.).
• Participate in the implementation of the UIR's Data policy.
• Actively contribute to the Data Office: governance, quality, documentation, data reference.
• Implement data governance tools: catalogues, dictionaries, traceability, metadata management.
• Ensure data security, compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001) and traceability.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure interoperability of systems.
• To support users in the appropriation of BI tools and the reading of indicators.
• Ensure a technological watch on BI, Data and AI solutions.
• Document architectures, flows, and data management policies.
