As a Bellman, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests arriving at or leaving the hotel. You ll assist with luggage, provide directions, and offer a welcoming presence that reflects the luxury and professionalism of the InterContinental brand.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you ll mostly do:

• Greet all guests warmly on arrival and provide assistance with their luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and ensure their comfort.
• Handle luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery efficiently.
• Assist with valet parking coordination, taxi arrangements, and directions.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
• Support the Concierge and Front Office team with guest requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby and entrance area.
• Ensure a smooth and positive arrival and departure experience for all guests.
  
  

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a bellman, doorman, or guest services role is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and standing for long periods.
• Strong sense of teamwork and guest service mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid UAE driver s license is a plus
