Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with luggage, creating a positive first impression.
  • Safely transport guests and their belongings to and from the hotel in a timely manner, ensuring a comfortable ride.
  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest requests, such as running errands or providing directions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles, ensuring they are always in top condition for guest use.
  • Assist guests with parking and retrieval of their vehicles, providing a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Handle guest luggage efficiently, ensuring its safe and secure storage and delivery to rooms.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing the hotel's brand image at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the management, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the hotel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Be physically fit and capable of handling luggage and performing other physical tasks, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English and any other languages relevant to the hotel's location, facilitating effective communication.
