Product Trainer cum Beauty Advisor Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Product Trainer cum Beauty Advisor Supervisor will be responsible for developing, training, and supervising the Beauty Advisor team to ensure strong in-store execution, sales performance, and superior customer service. The ideal candidate should have a solid skincare background, strong communication skills, and a passion for people development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product knowledge and sales training for Beauty Advisors.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the BA team across assigned outlets.
• Monitor daily performance, grooming standards, and in-store activities.
• Ensure brand visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for new product launches and campaigns.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement plans.
• Prepare and share monthly performance and training reports with management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed Beauty Therapist or B.Pharm Graduate (with skincare experience preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
• Proven ability in training, coaching, and supervising sales or promoter teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid UAE driving license & Car is must
