Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Deliver personalized consultations, using your pharmaceutical knowledge to recommend the most suitable skincare and cosmetic products.
2- Build strong relationships with customers by providing tailored advice and maintaining a client-focused approach.
3- Conduct thorough skin assessments to understand individual customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge.
4- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and skincare routines, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the products.
5- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store s luxury cosmetics and skincare product lines, particularly those with pharmaceutical-grade ingredients.
6- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product innovations, and emerging skincare science to provide the most accurate and relevant advice.
7- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by leveraging your expertise to drive product recommendations and sales.
