We re seeking a motivated and versatile Bay Technician Sales Representative to join our car care team. This hybrid role blends hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing sales responsibilities, making you a key bridge between service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Bay Technician Duties:

- Perform car wash, detailing, and basic maintenance services to the highest standards

- Conduct quality checks and ensure vehicles meet company cleanliness and safety benchmarks

- Support workflow efficiency and maintain cleanliness in the service bay

- Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively

Sales Responsibilities:

- Engage with walk-in customers, explain available packages and recommend services based on their vehicle needs

- Upsell additional services and promote loyalty programs

- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive referrals

- Process service orders, collect feedback, and support CRM initiatives

Qualifications:

- 1 3 years experience in car care services or automotive sales

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Technically skilled in car detailing and bay operations

- Ability to multitask between technical work and customer interactions

- Energetic, detail-oriented, and sales-driven personality

- Familiarity with basic point-of-sale systems and service checklists
