Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the food sector especially
Basmati rice.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of Basmati Rice .

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer service.

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

2-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food industry or B2B environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
