Bartender


Working as a Bartender at an international luxury hotel involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Here's an overview of the day-to-day activities you might expect:

Morning Routine

Opening Procedures: Start the day by setting up the bar, ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for use.

Inventory Check: Review stock levels of beverages, mixers, and supplies. Place orders for any items running low.

Service

Beverage Preparation: Prepare a range of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, according to the hotel's standards.

Quality Control: Ensure each drink meets the highest quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and consistency.

Customer Interaction

Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, take their orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve the quality of beverages and service.

Maintenance

Equipment Care: Regularly clean and maintain bar equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Workstation Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout the day.

Collaboration

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

Diploma degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration

Two to Three years prior tenure in a similar role

International luxury hotel chain background

GCC exposure

English Fluency is required

Arabic Fluency is preferred
