Bartender Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standardized recipes.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, tools, glassware, and stock.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with local laws and company policies.

Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control.

Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.

Set up and close the bar according to operational procedures.

Assist in creating new cocktails and drink menus in collaboration with bar management.

Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.

Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.

Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional grooming and appearance.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of local laws regarding alcohol service.
