Job Description

All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with standard recipes, company guidelines, and guest preferences.
• Create visually appealing drinks, ensuring proper garnishing, presentation, and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, recommending beverages and upselling premium options.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory; restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as required.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure sufficient stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, utensils, tools, and glassware.
• Ensure correct storage, rotation, and handling of beverages to maintain quality and minimize waste.
• Comply with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all aspects of bar operations.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, refusing service to underage or intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Operate POS systems, process payments accurately, and handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions securely.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support smooth service during peak hours or events.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on beverage preparation, guest service, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.
• Stay updated on new cocktail recipes, bar trends, and seasonal beverage offerings.
  
  

• High School diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.
• Previous bartending experience in a hotel or high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
