Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive service.
• Crafting and serving a selection of beverages from timeless classics to contemporary creations.
• Ensuring the bar remains well-stocked, organized, and ready to impress at any moment.
• Upholding the hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborating closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contributing ideas and inspiration to seasonal menus, themed events, and signature cocktails that elevate the guest experience.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bartending role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for making guests feel at home.
• An intuitive understanding of mixology, spirits, and global beverage trends.
• Grace under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple orders while maintaining poise.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
