Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, cocktail shakers, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning correctly.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep the bar and coffee stations clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage the cash register, and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current beverage trends and techniques to enhance drink offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Proficient in preparing coffee drinks and cocktails, with a solid understanding of brewing methods and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications or licenses.

Work Experience and Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience in a barista or bartender role, showcasing a strong background in beverage preparation and customer service.
• Familiarity with various coffee brewing equipment, cocktail mixers, and bar tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Experience in managing inventory and performing cash handling duties.
