Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders efficiently.
• Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.) safely and correctly.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf area, including the counter, equipment, and seating area.
• Manage cash register operations, including handling cash and processing card payments accurately.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during the shift
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
