Customer Service
• Welcome customers and take orders accurately
• Provide product recommendations and explain menu items
• Maintain friendly and professional customer service

Beverage Preparation
• Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages: espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, juices, mojitos, smoothies, and milkshakes
• Calibrate grinders and maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation
• Create latte art and specialty drinks according to cafe standards

Desserts & Light Food Preparation
• Prepare desserts such as pancakes, waffles, crepes, cookies, and other cafe sweets
• Assist in preparation of simple food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks
• Follow food presentation standards and ensure freshness and quality

POS & Cash Handling
• Operate POS system efficiently for order taking and billing
• Handle cash, card, and online transactions accurately
• Maintain accuracy in daily sales closing

Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Ensure workstation, counters, and equipment are always clean and sanitized
• Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and utensils
• Follow food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge preferred)

Inventory & Stock Control
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and dessert ingredients
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing inventory properly
• Report low stock or shortages to supervisor

Teamwork & Operations
• Support the kitchen and service team during busy hours
• Communicate effectively with staff for smooth workflow
• Maintain a positive, cooperative team environment

Customer Concerns
• Address customer complaints politely and professionally
• Escalate major issues to supervisor/manager when needed
