Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating area, and equipment.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Recommend menu items and upsell products to enhance the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
