Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing the highest standard of Customer Service Excellence, Providing excellent customer service consistently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
- Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
- Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment and restocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
- Correctly ordering, dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.
Job Requirements:
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous F&B experience would be an added benefit.
