Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas throughout each shift.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs to management.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, following company procedures for point-of-sale operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service during busy periods.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products, brewing techniques, and company standards.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and inventory checks as required.
