• Welcome customers to the caffe, take their orders, ensure a happy customer experience and create a customer-referring customer
• Describe menu items as necessary and suggest products to customers
• Ensure that all equipment is fully operational and in its utmost condition while following operating instructions
• Ensure full compliance to health and safety regulations; maintain a clean and organized work areas
• Create & organize merchandise display and keep inventory stock at optimal level
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiative by noting circumstances involving customer experience and analyzing processes that may need redesigning

• At least 2 years of experience as Barista
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Team player qualities
• Customer oriented and can positively impact customers
• Passion for coffee; passion for learning
