The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Barista to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

You will be an engaging, courteous Barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education. You will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

To succeed as a barista, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. At all times you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.

What We Need From You

It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!

Previous experience in similar role preferred. Alcohol awareness and handling and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law. Trainings in Food & Beverage preparations, High school certificate or diploma. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
