Key Responsibilities

* Assist bartenders in setting up and closing the bar each shift.
* Maintain bar stock levels of liquor, beer, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
* Organize and restock glassware, silverware, and bar tools.
* Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and well-presented at all times.
* Sweep, mop, and tidy storage areas, coolers, and service counters.
* Dispose of trash and remove soiled glassware promptly.
* Support with set-ups and re-set-ups during busy service periods.
* Uphold hotel service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Ideal Profile

* Prior experience as a Barback or Barman, ideally in a hotel or upscale bar.
* Background in hospitality operations is preferred.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Enthusiastic, dependable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
