Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Keep Bartenders supplied with beverages, ice and mixers as well as clean glassware.
Assist with bottle service and bussing.
Ensure that the inventory of the drinks at the bar is well stocked.
Set up or restock product displays.
Efficiently and consistently restoring Bartender serving stations with beverages, ice, fruits, straws, and napkins as necessary for Bartenders use.
Follow standards for merchandising, stock rotation and sorting of all products, always maintaining professional presentation.
Consistently collect, wash and sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated Bartender use.
Manage closing duties, including cleaning the entire bar and back area.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the games, equipment, and systems within the gaming center, remain knowledgeable about rules and operations to ensure smooth service, provide accurate assistance, and uphold the company s service and brand standards.
Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
