Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak hours, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and mentorship.
- Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked and cost-effective.
- Develop and update the bar menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to reflect current trends and customer preferences, driving sales and innovation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Relevant certifications such as a Certified Bartender or similar, showcasing professional training and expertise.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume bar environment, proving practical experience.
- Proven experience of working in the hospitality industry, familiar with its operational nuances.
