Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work directly with the Team Lead & Project Manager on sprint planning and critical decision-making.

Take full ownership of backend features from architecture to delivery with accountability for quality and performance.

Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to design intuitive and robust APIs.

Continuously challenge the codebase refactor, optimize, and introduce improvements to raise technical standards.

Research and apply emerging technologies, bringing intelligent solutions to complex engineering challenges.

What We Expect (Technical Mastery)

Advanced knowledge in Node.js & TypeScript.

Proven experience with NestJS framework (modular design, controllers, services).

MongoDB expertise schema design, query optimization, and efficient data handling.

Hands-on experience building and scaling REST APIs.

Solid command of Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).

Strong grasp of software design patterns and microservices concepts.
