Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processing of tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial transactions, customer data, and operational documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the quality of back-office services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in operational principles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in back-office operations, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred, showcasing familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data security protocols, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive information.
