Your mission as a Back Office Customer Advisor:
As a Back Office Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:
- b>Handling customer requests accurately/b>: Process customer requests and inquiries through written channels such as emails, online forms or chats, while ensuring accurate and structured follow-up.
