Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate Bekya Pay s payment solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to address specific business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable and sustainable business partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned territories or verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and generate leads.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex payment solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
