Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Present and demonstrate Bekya Pay s payment solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to address specific business needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable and sustainable business partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned territories or verticals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and generate leads.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex payment solutions to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities as needed.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
