Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
As a B2B Revenue Growth Partner, you will own the complete sales cycle from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing accounts driving the adoption of p eopleCQ s AI-powered solution among mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Opportunity Generation
Identify and target potential B2B clients in designated region.
Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate high-quality leads through outbound outreach, strategic networking, etc.
Qualify leads and convert them into actionable sale s opportunities.
Clie nt Engagement & Product Demonstration
Conduct sales calls and remote discovery meetings to understand client needs and pains.
Prepare , prese nt and deliver tailored demos o f peopleCQ s SaaS product, clearly articulating how its features address specific hiring pain points and drive better results for HR teams.
Address product and business-related questions, ensuring a clear understanding of ho w people CQ delivers value across the hirin g process.
Sal es Execution & Deal Closing
Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, pricing packages, and contracts.
Lead client negotiations and close deals while ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Levera ge industry insights and client feedback t o optimi ze your sales strategies & approach.
Pipeli ne Management & Forecasting
Mainta in a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline across all deal stages on the company s CRM.
Track and forecast revenue accurately to support planning and goal setting.
Provide regular reports on your pipeline and performance.
Proactivel y identi fy and address pipeline gaps or stalle d opportunities.
Collaborati on & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging an d positioning, a nd enhance product features an d experience.
Mark et and Ecosystem Insights & Awareness:
Stay current on industry trends, competitor products and activity, and the broader HR tech ecosystem.
Monit or shifts in the hiring landscape, includin g emergi ng technologies, evolving market needs, changes in global and regional hiring practices, and relevant regulator y changes.
Requirements
Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
Experience selling to international markets (USA or GCC experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM and outbound outreach tools, and sales automation platforms.
